📅 Important Dates
Deadline to Submit Orders: Sunday, November 16th All completed forms and collected money must be submitted to your coach or team manager before this date.
Team Submission: A representative from each team (Coach or Team Manager) should bring in the full team’s order package and cash to the Red Circle Office on November 16th.
Late Orders: Unfortunately, late submissions will not be accepted.
💵 Payment Details Cash Only — No e-transfers or cheques will be accepted.
📦 Order Pickup Orders will be submitted to Carmichael Meats after November 16th, and will take approximately 2–3 weeks to process. Orders should be available the weekend of December 13th–14th. We’ll send out an email update once the confirmed pickup details are available.

Swag Prizes Once all orders are collected, we’ll calculate the “Swag Prize” recipients. An email will be sent out with details on when prizes will be available. Please note: Swag Prizes are not accumulative.
