Outdoor Goalie Clinics at Snipe Academy — Participant Acknowledgement

I acknowledge and understand that this goalie clinic is held on an outdoor ice rink (ODR) at Snipe Academy’s headquarters, located at 1211 Hyde Park Rd, London, ON N6H 5K6.

Outdoor hockey rinks operate under natural weather conditions. Ice quality may be affected by temperature, precipitation, and other environmental factors beyond Snipe Academy’s control. Snipe Academy makes every effort to maintain the rink to its safety and performance standards.

However, if ice conditions do not meet operational standards, or if inclement weather impacts safety or overall enjoyment, either Snipe Academy or the Red Circle Hockey Club Hockey Development Coordinator may choose to cancel the booking with appropriate notice.

In the event of a weather-related cancellation, a full refund will be provided.

Refunds are not available for Hockey Development registrations. We do our best to accommodate families; however, because spots are limited, last-minute cancellations make it difficult to fill the space. If your child is unable to attend, their spot may be transferred to another participant who is already registered with Red Circle. To arrange this, please email [email protected] in advance. Without prior notice, substitutes will not be permitted on the ice.
