Red Circle Hockey Club is excited to announce some important updates regarding evaluations and the start of the season. Please read the following information carefully to ensure your child is prepared.

Evaluation Ice Times: All evaluation ice times are now posted on the Organization Calendar. Please find the ice times for the appropriate division that your child is playing in, labelled according to their last name (e.g., “U7 Last Name A-G”).

Important Notes:

• Evaluations are mandatory: This is how we ensure that teams are made as equally as possible. Every division is scheduled for 1 warm-up skate and 3 evaluation sessions.
• U15 and U17: These divisions will share the same evaluation times and will be combined for the season. These evaluations are listed under U15 in the calendar.
• U7 & U9: Please disregard the "East" and "West" designation on the schedule.
• Sorting by Last Name: Previous emails indicated sorting by first name, but for clarity and to accommodate siblings in the same division, we have decided to sort by the players’ last names instead.

Evaluation Schedule:

• U7 & U9: Saturday/Sunday
• U11: Monday/Saturday
• U13: Tuesday/Saturday
• U15 & U17: Tuesday/Sunday

Please note that the evaluation ice times are not necessarily the same as the regular season schedule.

Team Assignments: Players will not be assigned to teams until the evaluations are completed. Therefore, there will be no information in the SportsHeadz App until then.
